Data Deletion Instructions - Mi Reembolso LLC

Mi Reembolso LLC lets you request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including any information we received when you contacted us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, by email, by SMS/text, or through our website.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@mireembolso.com from the address or with the phone number/profile you contacted us from, with the subject "Delete my data." Tell us which channel you used (Facebook/Instagram, email, SMS, web) so we can locate your records. You may also call +1 (612) 440-3988.

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we delete the personal information we hold about you - including message history, contact details, and profile information obtained via Meta's Messenger/Instagram APIs - except information we must retain to meet legal, tax, or regulatory recordkeeping obligations (for example, records related to tax-preparation services we provided). We will tell you if any such information must be retained and why.

Timeline

We confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
